I have a user who just received a z10 and has a complaint. He says on his old Bold he was able to delete an email on the handheld, but it would stay in his outlook. It is currently deleting on both, which I would say is normal, but he prefers not having it auto delete.
The outlook account on the PC is added the "normal" way, connecting directly to our exchange server (2003). And the account on the z10 is added using active sync.
Solved! Go to Solution.

They need to have that option. All my emails are saved on my laptop but I need to monitor them when I'm away from the computer. Every other platform has an "leave email on server" option. This is a no-brainer and they need to add this ASAP or else it will be a dealbreaker for me on the Z10.
