Deleted Contacts ICON on Z10

I invertatently deletd the contacts icon on the z10? Anyway to re-instated it without doing an re-load of the OS??

Thanks for the question.

 

The contacts icon can not be deleted, I would check to see if you moved it to a folder.  If it is indeed deleted then you will need to reload the software to bring the contacts icon.

 

Follow these steps to reload the software:

 

  1. Open BlackBerry Link.
  2. Ensure the computer is connected to the Internet.
  3. Power off the BlackBerry 10 smartphone or BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.
  4. Connect the device to the computer.
  5. When the device button is available on the bottom of the BlackBerry Link window, click it.
  6. Click the Reload button.
