Deleting e-mails from my smartphone

I tried to delete e-mails from my smartphone by going through blackberry link.  Is there a faster way to delete old e-mails off my phone without doing them individually?

Re: Deleting e-mails from my smartphone

Go into the hub.  Tap the icon in the lower left then tap your email account...  Touch the date and hold until the right side menu appears, tap the trash icon.  Confirm deleting everything below the date you selected.  This procedure for me is problematical at times so I use the select more function:  Go into the hub and then into your email as above, tap the three dot icon on the lower right, tap select more, select each email you wish to delete then tap the trash can.  I find the Select More function far more reliable.

Re: Deleting e-mails from my smartphone

This solution doesn't seem any faster than deleting each e-mail one by one, which is very time consuming

Select more is far faster then select delete select delete etc.  Sorry this solution was of no help to you.
