Device will not start

Help!! My Z10 will not start and is only getting to 98% on the loading screen. I have connected it to my computer but it will not register.

Remove the battery for five minutes and then afterwards, insert the battery and see how it goes.


You can connect your wall outlet charger to it during this in case the battery could be low.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Try removing the SIM and Media Card, then booting up without those. If that goes OK, shut down normally and put the cards back in, and try to boot up again.

Also, how long do you wait at 98%? Sometimes, things are going on while it appears "stuck", but it's not really stuck...we just have to be more patient. But I cannot tell if you waited 30 minutes, 1 minute, or 5 seconds...
