Hi Dear,

 

Rotation lock is white.... My picture, Videos are not rotating. Compass app does not open it shows ERROR that "your device does not support the necessary sensors for this application." While playing games i am not able to tilt & i lose gameSmiley Sad 

I think my phone needs repair...

Go to App World and download the BlackBerry Virtual Expert app.
Run the Sensor test for the Accelerometer (at the bottom of the screen > choose test > Accelerometer).

Hey Dear,

 

I have already done that test & it failed.... Tilt, sensor all failed.  I guess my device sensor is not working... Got to go Blackberry Service Centre....Smiley Frustrated
