E-mail and calendar updating/synching to my BBZ10 has been lost.

My (new) Z10 used to receive e-mails and calendar updates easily, as expected.

Then suddenly I no longer receive them.

Any idea:

- why this has occured; and

- how do I correct the situation ?

Remove the account and re-add it.

What kind of email account is it?
