Eclipse Plugin not working

I downloaded Eclipse Juno Service Release 1 and setup the BB plugin - so far so good. I then created the Hello app as mentioned in the tutorial but running it in debug as BB Device, gives me this error:

Cannot find RIMUsbJni.dll. Without this dll the IDE cannot connect to USB enabled handhelds.

And then it says no connected device. I would have thought the simulator would run this?

Any thoughts?

This post probably belongs in the Developer forum.  Good luck. I might need the same help soon. LOL
