Hello All. After a months of frustrating calls to EE, TalkTalk and BB I've almost given up all hope!
I can recieve emails, open attachements but not reply to or send emails until I get to within the range of my WiFi connection. The SMTP server address I have is smtp.talktalk.net Port 25 Encryption OFF.
Anybody in the UK with similar issues?

Am having similar problem but that even within range of wifi I still cannot reply or even forward mail. The email a/c's impacted are F2S.Com which are now handled by TT, the smtp I use is smtp-auth.talktalkbusiness2.net.
On looking around the web there seems to be a known issue with SMTP and certain providers 1&1 is the most well known one but there are others.
Hopefully this will be resolved in the next OS release

At least I'm not alone. You'd think TT, EE, BB et al would get this resolved ASAP. A BB help desk eng told me no matter what phone I have, they're all the same. BB, Android & iPhone.

I'm in the same boat - I can receive email ok but outgoing mail just sit there with a timer next to them. I have tried various different settings but none work.
As mentioned above it appears to be a known issue - but if BB don't fix it soon this could a very short deal for me as I will have to ditch the phone.
Any idea when a fix is coming out
I am on EE too

Nobody admits it's their problem. EE just say try this setting etc. TalkTalk aren't interested as it's not their kit. Come on BB don't let down your loyal customers

I've got around this as a interim solution by downloading from App world a new email app called K-9 mail.
At least I can now send emails from my phone until bb sort this mess out

I just upgraded to the Z10 over the weekend, I have the latest version above however I still have the problem sending emails with either wifi on or off.
Is the only other solution this K9 app?
