Emails deleted from phone

On changing from BlackBerry Bold to BlackBerry 10 emails POPed from client computer Outlook do not stay on phone but get deleted even if not read. What settings must I change on phone?

Your phone now reflects what is on the server, your POP client (Outlook, iMail, etc) is deleting the emails from the server when it downloads them so they are not avaliable for the Z10.

 

You need to change your settings in your email client to "Leave messages on server for ### days"

 

I suggest 30 days as that is currently the longest time that the Z10 will currently display. Smiley Happy

Thanks I will check with the IT guys. All I changed was the phone!
