Hi,thank's for your answer.....i didn't manage to resolve my issue,but i went to the store i bought my phone and they change it ( gave me a new one ) ....im happy that this one works perfectly.
Hope u guys that have the same probmlem find a way too....

You need to reload the software using Blackberry link. I did it today for my daughter's Q10 when the guy in the phone shop had no clue!

Hi dear , 

 

Same problem has accured to my cell Z10 . I made a restart due to slow motion . But now error code is coming  . 

 

Please guide if you could get a solution .

I suggest that u guys don't update the new ios...becouse it dosen't work properly..that's why u get the problem with the softwear...after i canged my z10 i have't update to any other ios nonsence and it works perfectly with no issue what so ever...

OS, not ios.

 

ios is that apple thing.

 

and the update is good.
