Exchange ActiveSync fails

Carrier: Telus

Active sync setup works on Z10 with Bell and on Ipad?


everything has to be set correct for it to work using z120 with Bell carrier and on ipad?

But everything time I setup on Z10 with Telus (tried on 3 different sets? wife and sons - I get


"Your device is not connected to a network but the internet service is not available. Check your network settings"


Any suggestions telus has none sent me here - must be a telus problem???

Can you send me the PINs for your wife and son's BlackBerry Z10s?  I would like to verify that the services are configured correctly to setup ActiveSync on the devices.
