Exchange email sync

Hi anyone now how to sync an exchange email on the z10? It use to work on my bold 9790

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

 

You should be able to integrate the account using Active Sync. To determine if Active Sync is enabled and to confirm the settings, please contact your IT administrator.

i dont understand how it worked on the bold 9700 and the 9900 but not on the z10 with the same settings?

Just go to email setup and enter your email address and password. If active sync is enabled on your mailbox it will work. If not enabled, it won't and you have to talk to your Exchange admin. It is possible you were previously setup on the BES server with Active Sync disabled.
