Facebook App not working

My facebook app is not working. Facebook has also gone form the hub and I am not sure how to get it back as in settings you only get the option to add email.  As for the app I have deleted and reinstalled twice but not joy.  I keep getting the message 'Sorry, an unexpected error has occured.  Please try again later'.  Can anyone suggest a fix for these problems. Any help appreciated.

Hello eddyb,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

 

Thank you for your question regarding the issue you are experiencing with Facebook for BlackBerry no longer displaying in the hub.

 

Go to Settings - Accounts and delete the account integration, then re-add the account once again.

 

Open your Hub, press the 3 dots (more menu) go to Settings - Hub Management and make sure Facebook is set to On and test again.

Reloaded as suggested but when I go to the hub Facebook does not even appear anywhere. Twitter and LinkedIn are there but no facebook. Any thoughts.
