Facebook and Ruzzle?

A few minutes ago Facebook news feed stopped working...I just get a message that says "sorry, an unexpected error occurred.  please try again later."

 

Also, Ruzzle has a "force stop close" message when I start it and then I can't bring up the menu at the bottom with the back button.  Anyone else having these issues?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your applications.

 

Are you using Wi-Fi or your mobile data plan when this error appears? 

 

Does the Ruzzle app display this error when your Facebook app produces the error? 

 

If you restart your device, do these errors go away and your applications work?

Hello,

 

The Facebook issue cured itself overnight.  Last night restarting, battery removal, reinstalling the app etc. would not fix it.  Must have been not on my end I guess.

 

The Ruzzle error comes and goes.  It is related to having the navigation bar show up on the bottom.  If you try to pin it eventually it will cause the error.  If you don't use it at all it works ok.  I figured out how to back up by swiping so it's not that much of an issue, perhaps Ruzzle will fix it in the future.

Glad to hear your Facebook is backup and running.

As for your Ruzzle issue, I'd send them an email to let them know the issue you're experiencing. If they don't know of an issue, they might not be able to fix it Smiley Wink
