Failure on installation of IMAP emails

I have been being troubled with installation of IMAP emails on my new Z10 as well as the problem has not solved so far. I have been googling to see the solution and it seemed the similar problem occured everywhere and still no solution. Please suggest me what I have to do, or probably Z10 has no longer available for IMAP/POP mails. Thanks.

Sorry to hear you're having difficulties adding an IMAP email account.


Are you getting an error when you go to add your account? If so, what's that error?


Did you confirm with your email provider you are using the correct email servers (for incoming and outgoing) as well as the the proper port numbers?
