I have this too....can't believe I have to do a device restore to clear a vm notification....absurd.

Have any of you called your carrier's Blackberry support teams to report this issue?

Also, can anyone supply a screen shot with any personal info blacked out so we can all see what you are seeing?

1. Yes.
2. Screen shot? Why? It's very simple - the hub icon indicates I have voice mail. I don't. I cannot make the icon notification go away. There's not much more to explain...

1 - great, I'm sure that they will resolve this for you then.

2 - so that the users here can see what the issue looks like, as there are actually a few ways that the Voicemail notifications can be delivered. Smiley Happy

did you simply backup your Z10, then restore it right back?  thanks.
