Finally BlackBerry admitted there is an error on one shipment to a large distributor.. Can say no more.. And I don't really have much more info to post.

They will not say if it's hardware, OS, or some other reason why the devices reboot..And there is no Official statement I can quote..

And Waze is not the cause for those reboots, because it was never installed..

Hopefully BlackBerry will handle your support right and give you and all affected their money back for shipment and supporttickets..

Bad press is NOT what they need those days...

I am experiencing similar re-booting issues, although mine seems completely random, such as switching from apps, or just playing music.

maybe this can help

 

Mine was rebooting and once the SD c ard was removed it no longer rebooted.

 

I then backed up the SD card, formatted in device and moved data back over

All those having the random reboots, yesterday BlackBerry published this Knowledge Base article on the issue:

Overview
During normal usage, the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone restarts on its own.
 
Resolution
Upgrade to BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.1.0.2050 or later if available.

Good morning.
I live in Milan (Italy) and I bought my Blackberry Z10 in July 2013.
After the last update 10.2.0.429, my Z10 keeps rebooting without reason.
I have found that it is not the fault of the software installed.
This happens every time I press with the fingers of the hand on the screen.
It means that the screen is too sensitive and goes haywire.
I still have not solved the problem, because in Italy there isn't a telephone support service directly.
That is making me crazy!
Is it possible that no users is aware of the cause of the reboots?
Is it possible that the Company don't do anything for the benefit of its customers around the world?

What are you doing or what apps are running when it reboots?
