Garbled text when sending emails

Is anyone else having a problem when sending emails and some of the words looking like this, H=w are y=u?
I've wiped and re enter my email account and text is still garbled. Also the Add to Home Screen does not work after security wiped.
Please help!

What you are experiencing is not normal. Do a BB link Factory restore and try again.

Not yet, I just try it on another Z10 and is doing the same thing. I think it's a issue between Telus.com and BlackBerry.
