I have set up a standard Gmail account, without using any advanced settings; i.e. just added account.
If I send an email from my PC, it doesn't show on my phone in the sent items (like it used to on my 9900)
Also, emails that go direct to a folder, are not being presented on my phone - I only know they exist if I see them on the PC.
How do I resolve this? It's causing issues, as I'm not responding to emails, as I don't know they are there!!

From the BlackBerry Hub, click on the 3 dots in the lower right corner then choose Settings>Display and Actions. Make sure that Show Sent Messages is enabled.

If that doesn't work here's another tip. You can setup your Gmail account using ActiveSync instead of IMAP (the default for GMail.) that will give you push mail and the ability to have those folders sync easily.
The following instructions are for paid Google Apps accounts but will work on Gmail accounts opened before Jan 30, 2013.
Remove your Gmail account from the Z10 and follow the instructions here:
