Darn it! The new OS update didn't fix this issue for me. I still have to manually check each folder for new messages. Sorta miss my 9900 now. I hope this gets permanently fixed soon.

I got it working!! Added my account as a POP account!  First I changed my account setting to disable IMAP and enable POP within Gmail then proceeded with the Account setup on my Z10 and the below info:

 

  • Gmail POP server address: pop.gmail.com
  • Gmail POP user name: your full Gmail address (including @gmail.com)
  • Gmail POP password: Your Gmail password
  • Gmail POP port: 995
  • Gmail POP TLS/SSL required: yes

 

All emails are hitting my inbox whether they are filtered to a folder or not!
