Group Contacts

Finding the Z10 a tad frustrating at the moment, especially with the lack of group contacts because of the work I do, I frequently group text and this feature on the old BB was invaluable but on the Z10 its non-existent.

Currently am using an app (SMSBYNOW) which would be an answer to this problem, till BB bring this feature back anyway, but the app is sending the same text multiple times - especially if the text is over 1 message long. I have contacted the developer about this.

The group contacts on the old BB curve put BB steps ahead of other phone retailers so why wasn’t it included in the Z10? BB have always been a company with business users in mind so it’s a let-down that this facility hasn’t been included.

The copy and paste facility could be easier but I would be happy if the group contacts were sorted.

The reason I purchased the Z10 was because it was BB and I assumed the features which were included on their previous models would automatically be included. I have tried to contact BB several times to no avail, you can't even get off their initial menu options to speak to anyone and when you do you’re in a queue for that long and if you leave your details no one calls you back.

Such a let-down and very frustrating and at times feel like reverting back to my old phone..

PLEASE SORT IT OUT BB!!!

Re: Group Contacts

Good day

Welcome to BB forums

This feature isn't available right now maybe in the later OS, I did see someone on here mention there was app which you could be already using hang in there!
