HTML in SOME (not all) tweets and emails

Sometimes my HTML emails and tweets come thru with all the HTML coding. Why? .

Here is a sample on a tweet....

<html>Bleus. Denim. UNTTLD. <a style='font-weight:normal;color:rgb(36, 119, 179);' href="#SMM">#SMM</a> <a style='font-weight:normal;color:rgb(36, 119, 179);' href="<a style='font-weight:normal;color:rgb(36, 119, 179);' href="@Target">@Target</a>_ca"><a style='font-weight:normal;color:rgb(36, 119, 179);' href="@Target">@Target</a>_ca</a> <a style='font-weight:normal;color:rgb(36, 119, 179);' href="@Target">@Target</a> <a style='font-weight:normal;color:rgb(36, 119, 179);' href="@Target">@Target</a>_fr <a style='font-weight:normal;color:rgb(36, 119, 179);' href="#25magasins">#25magasins</a> #25000$ <a style='font-weight:normal;color:rgb(36, 119, 179);' href='http://vine.co/v/bnUdhr7tTYH'>vine.co/v/bnUdhr7tTYH</a> -- District Montréal @DistrictMtl</html>

There is a specific work email I get every morning, from a specific address that also shows up with the html code.  All other emails to my work address come fine.  And the email comes to my computer fine.

Is there some way I can tell the author to change the email so it shows correctly?

Aggrivating.

This is how the tweet shows on my BB10:

In your email?

Could you please please explain what you're doing.

Is this by chance originating from the native Z10 Twitter app, where you've "shared" a tweet via email?

If you could explain in full, I think I will understand.
