Help to verify BB id

phone wont accept bb id - message it says is...


you cant sigh in with a differeent bb id on this device - sign in with the original bb id used on this device


the phone is brand new and this is the first bb id i have ever had - any suggestions please???

Hi there. Does anything on this linked page sound or look familiar?

If you've signed into BB App World, then that's your BB ID.

To have created one you should have received a verification email.
