Hey Guys - Serious problem: I cant' get into my phone! The password is erased after "Accept" and no error counting... i'm stuck !

If only i've had an updated backup - i would'nt have bothered anyone... but i've got serious data and i just need to overcome the software bug (to be honest - the phone fell into the snow for a 2 sec.... a week ago)

 

Even if i type BlackBerry - it is erased after i click "accept". 

 

and i can't get connected to the blackberry link....

 

kindly do your best to assist.

 

This is very important for me.

Sorry, are you saying your device password is rejected when you try to sign into link? And/or the phone itself?
