Hiding Sent Emails Isn't Hiding Jack

at times this lovely z10 makes me feel like i am losing my mind.

it used to hide sent emails but now it doesn't.  i am clearly looking at the toggle switch and hide sent messages is is fact on, but using my own eyes, i can clearly see all of my sent messages are clearly visable whether in the hub or email tab.  doesn't matter

what the heck is happening?!

ps: please don't replay saying to do a battery pull, restart, remove and re-dd the account, etc, etc.  i have performed all the common sense easy solutions but to no a avail.  thanks.

Re: Hiding Sent Emails Isn't Hiding Jack

Hello donb,

Thank you for your question regarding the inability to hide sent messages on your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone.

Has this worked for you in the past? How many integrated accounts do you currently use within your Z10 Hub and which version of device software do you have installed under Systems Settings - About?

Yep it worked before. I only have one email account. I have the latest firmware from last week which is 10.0.10.116.

Re: Hiding Sent Emails Isn't Hiding Jack

Try removing and re-adding the email account to your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone, then disable and re-enable the setting again as a test.

Let us know if this helps.

Re: Hiding Sent Emails Isn't Hiding Jack

I've done that about a million times but to no avail. I had to remove and re-add the account many times because I have been addressing a separate unrelated email issue with BB Support.

Is not anyone else in the world having this same problem? This can't be just happening to my Z10 only.
