How to restore Z10 back up file into Blackberry Torch 9810

I have back up my Z10 device and how do I restore it back to my Blackberry torch since I need to send in my Z10 or warranty !

 

Please do reply me asap .

You cannot restore a Z10 backup to a BlackBerry Torch model, sorry.

I haven't seen any one go back to old Blackberry devices from 10 OS don't think there solution yet, but I did help someone else here couple of days if you just want your contacts!

Yep, if contacts only (use the app InTouchContacts on both devices) and if contacts and calendar both (use PIM backup app on the Z10 to create a CSV file to later import to the legacy BBOS device).
