How to uninstall an app.....

Hi Experts

I deleted Whatsapp from the icon regular menu. It's still shoing as it is installed in appworld so can't reinstall. I tried  holding the finger down on the icon of the app to uninstall but it does not work. Option Delete or uninstall don't work....

How can I delete the reference to the uninstalled app in appworld on the Z10 ?

After deleting the icon, reboot the phone.

I had similar issue with news app, backup your phone then complete a security wipe then restore, when deleting an app go to your my apps in app world and un install from their.

Restart your phone.
Open search the at the bottom of the phone screen.
Type in WhatsApp and see if the app appears.
If it doesn't, go into BlackBerry World.
Check WhatsApp again and see if you can install.
If not, go to My Apps and Games. Tap the available page and then open the action menu. Tap refresh.
Now swipe down from the top and tap settings.
Tap your finger on the version number.
Come out of settings and go to the BlackBerry World home screen. Wait for everything to load and then swipe up to frame BlackBerry World.
Press AND HOLD your finger on the X to quit BlackBerry World.
Finally reload BlackBerry World and see if you can now install WhatsApp.
