Actually have all 4 off and with a dozen or so exceptions just have my transferred contacts.

They've stayed put for about 36 hours now.

Scroll the screen by touching the headings (blue bars that say "Email Accounts", "Messaging", "Social Applications" and "Notifications") as they do not have toggle switches associated with them. If you touch anywere else it seems that it will currently toggle the switch.
