Huge problems with the HUB. Not getting any notifications, nor sms, etc...

Hello:

 

My Z10 is showing some serious problems in the HUB area. No notifications showing, or if they do, they appear 15 hours after, and even so not all of them.... happens with Facebook, Twitter, SMS, calls, Whatsapp.

 

The only thing that appears to work is the email notifications.

 

Removing the battery and restarting the phone seems to solve it...for 2 mins. Then, the same thing happens.

 

Uninstalling all apps, re-installing them, removing accounts and re-adding them...etc,etc...nothing.

 

Does anybody out there have the same problem?

You can format it then try it again if nothing happens try installing a developer os this could solve the problem!

upload the new os 10.2
you can check the notifications on the locker screen

What do you mean by upload the new os 10.2?

 

The actual version is 10.1.0.4181

 

You mean a developer update? If so, how can I get it?

It's bad advice to install a developer OS as most of the apps you will likely be using are not present.

 

There are leaked OS 10.2 out there to install which do have the full capability.

 

However this is likely to void your warranty and so should be undertaken with caution.

 

The offical 10.2 will be out (depending on provider) within a few weeks so if you can I recommend holding on to then and trying other solutions in the meantime.

Well you can try all the weird and wonderful reboot options (10s power button hold, 20s volume up/down hold), also a security wipe but I'm not sure they will fix it.
