I have to shut down and reboot to get the text working again

Over the last couple of days, I have to reboot or do a battery pull to get the text working again. I can receive text, but not able to send. After a couple of minutes i get a general problems error. I have not updated to a new os ver. (10.0.9.422 Verizon). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I know the newer OS that are out solve that issue you need to contact "Verizon" ask them when new OS will be out!

You can load third party OS if you can't wait!
