ISP Email Synch Problem

I called the BB help desk because my email that always synced flawlessly on my Torch started to behave differently on the Z10 -- turns out I was not keeping a copy on the ISP server for the synch period (30 days) so the email would show up instantaneously on the Z10 then disappear immediately.  Didn't matter in Torch/BES days but now with BES out of the loop it sure does!  Kind of obvious after the fact but had me stumped for a while.
