Incorrect Timestamp in SMS

Hey there.  I have a couple of co-workers who are experiencing incorrect Timestamp issues with the SMS.  They have the new Z10 (BB10 v on SaskTel, time set to -6 Saskatchewan).


When they send SMS messages to anyone, it shows the correct timestamp in the Hub, and it is correct for the receiver.  But when you open the message, it shows an hour later.



Hub timestamp (fr Z10): 3:11pm

Message Timestamp (fr Z10): 4:11pm

Received Timestamp (any other phone): 3:11pm


I know it seems a really trivial issue, but it is annoying.  Anyone have any ideas?

We are going to need to gather some logs from the BlackBerry Z10 to find the root cause of this issue.  Please contact your network service provider and ask to be transferred to BlackBerry.

I am experiencing the same problem very annoying. Also with Sasktel any solutions?

A simple search here for Saskatchewan time zone reveals a known issue being worked on. Call your carrier and report the issue. Get some logs in so the issue gets escalated.. Smiley Happy

I have that same problem and my carrier is sasktel as well.
