Whenever I turn on my Blackberry Z10 (battery not removed), the date and time changes to Thursday 11 July and 8:48pm, and I have to manually reset the date and time again. This problem started after I updated the software to version 10.1.0.4181.
Could anyone please assist me to overcome this problem.

I'd also suggest setting date/time to be synced with your carrier network. Settings > Date and Time. Make sure your time zone is correct; Auto Update Time Zone to ON; SetDate & Time Automatically to ON. See if that helps.
