It all sounds good, and I certainly don't mind the week wait if I end up with a similar situation as you guys. As I said, my only concern is that my Battery seems to be exceptionally poor. My 3.5 hours at the start is a far cry from your 10 hours at the start. We shall see I suppose, but I appreciate the responses.

Fingers crossed. BB10 seems like a phenomenal device, I've very much enjoyed using it when I have a battery!

I'm having the same problem.  I'm quite frustrated actually, as I thought I'd had it fixed by turning off all locations, gps etc.  I even removed all apps that I had installed initially.  It did make a difference, and then I installed the new update.  HOLY COW, it got worse!!!   Full battery drain in 4 hours with absolutely no use.  I've done some more tweaking...changed my settings - no longer use LTE, NFC etc.  We'll see what happens.  I'm currently sitting at 55% after 4 hours and minimal use.  That's just not satisfactory to me.  I hope this improves soon as I'm very discouraged.  Please let me know if you have success.

I solved my problem after about four days. The issue was my work email. I set it up using IMAC. When I deleted it and switched to POP it worked fine. Additionally, those setting up emails on Microsoft Exchange have the same drain issue.
