My whole family are BB users. Wanted to upgrade. Went to 2 T mobile stores in NJ. First Rep couldn't use the phone. Stated didnt know how. 2nd store said BB was locked up and couldn't take it out. Then said "Honestly not many of our employees like the BB so not many know a lot about it". So discouraged! 4 upgrades that may now go to I phones. Blackberry should be outraged by T Mobiles lack of knowledge and support of this new product.

Local T-Mobile store here sold me mine on the first day and the rep who did so had been playing with their store demo unit for what appeared to be a few days (he definitely knew his way around it.)
They sold out of their entire initial order in about 3 hours.....

Well I guess you lucked out and that's great but my point is that Blackberry wants to sell these phones and there should be someone in EVERY store who can take the phone out, use it and promote it. As a longtime blackberry user it's discouraging. And I am posting here because I think Blackberry should be outraged to do something about it.
