I have an error on my screen that says that the device pin-code is blocked, i bought my Z10 from expansys and i have the reciept, i can only make emergency calls now, i have talked to my serviceprovider and they say that Blackberry must have locked my pin. How can i fix this?

I had the same problem at the same time: today morning my new BB Z10 (I'm using it only for last 5 days) failed to start with 'Device Pin Blocked' message.
I found 2 possible reasons, were discussed on forums:
a) Device was locked after installing beta software update
b) Device was bought by eBay and failed to start, because was added stolen\lost list.
The both problems was redirected from forums to BB support: email@example.com.
Not sure we will find solution on this forum. Probably make sense to call BB customer support and try to find the reason..
As I understood reading forums, this is normal practice of BB to block lost ( .. dev ?? etc ??... ) devices.
