Losing Voice Mail number

The first time I tapped the voicemail symbol, I was prompted to add my voice mailbox number - All good.

But now the Z10 seems to randomly 'forget' this number and prompts me for it again. I'm on T-Mobile UK and the '222' option that worked on previous handsets doesn't work (Dialling 222 normally results in a recorded message, advising that the VM number has been sent to the handset & to turn the handset off and on again.)

Restarting the Z10 definitely loses the number, but it also disappears for no reason. My only workaround is to saving the VM number as a contact and mark it as a favourite.

Anyone else suffering with the same issue?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your Voice Mail feature.


It's recommended you contact your mobile network provider to investigate as Voice Mail is a carrier controlled feature. They have the ability to reset it if needed.
