MS outlook configuration issue in my new Z10

I am not able to configure my company outlook in my phone.Went throgh several forums and tried different ways but no luck.tried with MS Exchange active sync,work account,IMPA,POP options.it is giving that server is not responding.Tried with both wifi and network service.Please let me know exact settings
