Yeah just did a few hours ago! Their answer was: -Sir, You did not purchase Your Phone at T-Mobile, this does not Sound like a Provider Problem but a Hardware Problem,especially since the microphone worked for the first days!-
Even after 2 two security swipes the functionality was not restored. Just contacted amazon were I bought it and they will replace the device!
