Using BB Link I have managed to sync some must with my Z10. I can see it (MP3) in the file explorer, but the Music player insists it cannot find any tracks.
If I go to the file I can play it.
Can anybpdy please help me?

I have the same thing. But with an .mp3 file that was purchased from BlackBerry World. However, if I purchase an entire album, the songs play fine. Note: When I download an album, I don't think they are coming through as MP3 files as the files sizes are too big. Interesting.
Let's see how quickly they're able to push out updates. I'm loving it already!

did they go into the music folder on device or a SD card?
I had similar issue with playbook as i put them in a new folder and not into music one
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V

Did a restart by switching handset off and then back on again.
Hope it works for the rest of you good Z10 users with the same issue.
