My New Z10 disappointing, looking for help

Do you know how to actually contact Blackberry?  I am so disappointed in this BB Z10.  I am trying to figure out ways to do things that were fairly simple on my old BB 9930.  I also wanted to give them my feedback as a "real" user.  I used to two way sync my bb 9930 with my Outlook and couldnt believe when I downloaded the new bb link software and found out it can only import Outlook and it doesnt sync two-way.  Really? so frustrating...

Have a read around here, I'm sure that most of your issues have been mentioned many times by others. If you can't find a solution, post a thread with a question and we'll see if we can be of help.
