My blackberry z10 doesn't recognize my mobile network

Hello bb support forum 


I got an unlocked bb z10 for my father from Canada-Toronto 4-5 weeks ago. He spend most of the year in Iran, but he travels much to Europe for business. The device were working almost fine in Tehran except the BB World and BBM which is understandable related to ridicules sanctions.

However, since his last business trip to eastern Asia the device  doesn't recognize mobile network at all. I thought security wipe would sort out the problem which might had occurred by updating the device, but it doesn't even let me through the device anymore and it stuck at the agreement section. 


I have tried the sim card, it works fine in other devices. I also checked it with service provider and they had no clue why it doesn't work.


Can someone help me to get the device back to work please.

Can you try the setup while connected to a WiFi network?
