Need advice

Hi

I have the z10 and I keep on receiving this pop up ( the tag is blank or not supported) even when I'm not touching the screen. It is really annoying it keeps on popping up mainly when I open twitter.

Any suggestion?

Thanks for the question.

 

When did the issue start?  Also what version of Twitter for BlackBerry are you running? Swipe down from the top and open Settings to get the version.

 

If you restart the BlackBerry Z10 and load up Twitter, does the issue persist?
