Network not compatible

I sometimes cannot make a call with my Z10. I get an error message telling me it could not connect and if I go into 'Network Connections' there is a message saying "The network is not compatible.".

 

I spoke with my network provider around 2 weeks ago and they told me to reinstall everything from a backup. I did this and it seemed to have solved the problem but it has now returned. Anyone else had this problem?

Are you installing any other apps that may be causing this issue.

I don't think so, I don't have many apps installed at all really. Just Facebook, Linkedin and the like.
