No,two codes are not required with Rogers. It's just one unlock code. He was simply given a new 8-digit code to use.


He's not the only one having this problem. I'm also having the exact same problem after receiving the unlock code from Rogers. It initially said it was successful but it did not unlock. I tried it again and the unlock attempts counter dropped. Here's a post on CrackBerry where a number of people are encountering this same issue: CrackBerry
