New Software Upgrade

I have downloaded the new upgrade and now my text messages don't work well. Very frustrating!!

You can tell which was the version you downloaded.

I booted back the blackberry

If your problem evidences the persistence applies a hard reset for 3minutes.

If hard reset is pulling the battery, I've done that a few times and still doesn't work!

I recommend you do a reload of the BlackBerry OS Link
And then proceeds to do an update of OS again.
Taking into account the forecasting purposes BlackBerry backup with Link
