Go to: account, add account, advanced. (advanced is at the bottom of the screen

Then near the bottom of the list you will find caldav and cardav. You have to set up a new account for each.

This worked for me:

 

ADD ICLOUD CONTACTS AND CALENDAR TO BLACKBERRY PLAYBOOK

 

SET UP ICLOUD CONTACTS USING CARDDAV:

  • 1.Go to Settings > Accounts
  • 2.Tap Add New Account > Email Calendar and Contacts > Advanced Setup and select CardDav
  • 3.Enter the following information:
  • Description – i.e. iCloud Contacts
  • Username – your iCloud username
  • Email Address – your iCloud email address
  • Password – your iCloud\Apple ID password
  • Server Address – contacts.icloud.com
  • Sync Interval – select your desired setting
  • When finished, tap Save

  • 1.Go to Settings > Accounts

BlackBerry is adding thousands of apps a week. There are many big name apps that have been added since the Canadian launch. They are coming along.

And remember one person's 'standard' apps may not be another person's. I had a friend switch to Android recently and complain it didn't have 'all the apps' of iPhone. There's a beautiful weather app on BlackBerry I can't get on iPhone. They'll never match exactly.

And Evernote is built in to BB10 already. You don't need an app for that.

I got a problems, the icloud contacts is one way sync from BlackBerry z10, anythings contacts edit wont updated to icloud, always ask for reenter password for icloud contact. Pls help

Hi I would delete the contact account and set it again. This might clear your password problem. on the other hand, I made a test to see if the contacts work both ways. It seems that it is a one way street, ie: ipad- icloud-z10 works, the other way: Z10-icloud-ipad des not seem to work. It is strange, calendar works both ways : ipad to z10 and z10 to ipad. Does anybody have an idea why? Thanks Fizou

Also have spent a few hours over multiple days trying various ways to get calendar working with not luck getting frustrated

Good Luck-I had been using BB since 2003, but when it fell so far behind Iphone I swithced. With Z10 back, I have come back but these frustrations may casue me to return my phone and get iphone 5...disappointing as all else in Z10 is great last chance BB

Totally awesome-not, then why do there support pages point you to this workaroubd with iCloud and make you spend all this time when it doesnt work...

To work back to IPad, you have to link the local contact with the ICloud contact. BB10 pulls contact from various sources. If you want them to update each other, they must be linked (or make sure you know what source you are updating).

It's all still working for me!
