I actually just registered so I may complain about the same problems. I have a yahoo business email account, and some emails just DON'T GO THROUGH. I don't understand why. My BB torch had this problem, but less often, Z10 is just the worst! Today I opened my outlook and had to call my clients to apologize delay in response! This is really unacceptable...I've always told my friends that iphone is a toy, while BB is for business, if I can't receive my business emails, I don't think I can say that anymore!
Anyone knows when they will get it resolved???

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear about your issue.
The best option for you at this point would be to contact your mobile service provider and ask that this issue be escalated to BlackBerry for investigation.
