need urgent help
Blackberry z 10 configured with Active Sync but address book is Not updating and Not sync with outlook online can you help me out the same and same configuration with another users he able to sync the address book

This could be caused by a permission related issue, I would suggest following these steps:
If the user was or is a member of a protected group inheritance may automatically be disabled. After inheritance is enabled it is required to re-authenticate the configured account.

Thanks for your tips but the suggested setting is perfect and allowed the inherit check box as well
same user has another Blackberry torch mobile which was connected with wi-fi and all the thigns updated only issue with z 10 and contact is not sync
