For OS 10.2.1.1925, you can download the file located here.

If you wanted to go ahead with the officially released OS 10.2.1.2102, the file is located here (fixed link)

Then, follow the directions posted here:  Upgrading OS10 devices using Autoloader

Re: OS 10.2 Update - Massive Problems

If that is so, surely it would be prudent to revert to the previous version of the software until the new version has had a new and more stable release after proper testing?  Is this possible and if so, how do you suggest we re-install the old version?  And from where?

mikewattam, who are you talking to here, the OP has not discussed downgrading the OS, just the opposite, I believe.

.1925 was quite stable for me.  .2102 even better. No need to downgrade.

Re: OS 10.2 Update - Massive Problems

JSanders finished the Autoloader, restored most of the stuff just setting up email (MS Exchange ActiveSync doesn't want to work)

All seems OK for now.

Re: OS 10.2 Update - Massive Problems

I don't use MS Exchange... if it doesn't set up properly, post back and I will have a friend look at this.

Re: OS 10.2 Update - Massive Problems

JSanders everything was up and running still carrying last nights charge on the battery.

I did a restore in 3 parts as suggested, for some reason apps data did not load.

I did a complete restore and all the probelms I had came back, apparently I have a bad backup file.
